Prime Video has renewed the thriller series Cross for an eight-episode third season, a decision that underscores the show’s significant impact on the platform and its global audience.
The series, based on characters created by renowned author James Patterson, stars Aldis Hodge as detective Alex Cross. Since its launch in November 2024, Cross has captivated viewers, drawing 40 million viewers globally within the first 20 days of its premiere.
In 2025, Cross ranked as the third most-watched premiere on Prime Video, reaching the number one spot in over 100 countries.
