Nicolas Demers Dies in Tragic Accident
Nicolas Demers, a prominent figure in the Matapédia region of Quebec, tragically died in a snowmobile accident on March 5, 2026, at the age of 43. The accident occurred near Lac-Gauthier in Saint-Irène, leaving the community in shock and mourning.

Demers gained additional public recognition as a participant in the fourth season of the reality show L’amour est dans le pré in 2015, which showcased his personality and connection to the community.
