The Nightcrawler star, who is in a relationship with French model Jeanne Cadieu, kept cozy in a mint green cable knit sweater, layered beneath a black leather jacket featuring a fluffy black trim on the collar. With his signature scruff on display, Jake completed his ensemble with tailored gray trousers and sleek black leather dress shoes.
